Road Trip!
Domestic Bliss February 9th, 2006In precisely fifty-two minutes I will be putting my office phone on DND, shutting down my computer and hitting the gas out of the parking lot. Lach and I are headed for a quiet 3 night stay over on the peninsula. We will be lodging at a familiar family owned cabin where even Sumi is welcome. (Hopefully she will keep the shiba screams to herself if we have to leave her at any point.)
I plan on taking tons of pictures with my dream camera that is now firmly in my possession. We might even get to do a little blogging-on-the-go as we found out a local cafe has WiFi. Oh, the excitement! Ocean breezes, red wine, beach strolls and homemade fudge await…

You are aware that at the end of the wagon train there will be a parade? You get red wine and ocean breezes while I get horse shit and plastic beads (and no showing of the tits!!).

Have a wonderful trip! Zahava and I have been wanting to get away to a bed& breakfast in the rural north of the country, but we haven’t gotten off our collective asses and done any planning. You might just have inspired us. Thanks.

Not even a full 24 hours into the trip yet and we are already enjoying the hell out of ourselves! Thanks to each of you for still checking in on me-glad to know that with my absence, my friends haven’t all disappeared!
I had wanted to drop some pics onto the site while we were online but I just realized that my photoshop expired because I didn’t register it! Damn the man! More to come…
