Don’t Tease Me
The Emerald City November 30th, 2005With snow, that is. It looks like Seattleites might have another chance at the white stuff before the week’s over. AND I just found out that our house is just a few blocks away from the highest point in the city. Lach was just thrilled when I gleefully anounced that we will be the first to see the snow when it arrives.
I keep reading David’s “snow-blogging” and thinking, “Why did I leave Montana?” Oh yeah, it was the lack of jobs and civilization…but the snow! Oh, the beautiful, abundant snow! Yeah, it makes me giddy too, just at the possibility. I’m actually glad that we don’t get feet at a time here but we do have lots of mountains within close driving distance as well. So, if I don’t get a snowday soon, I’m just going to have to make more friends with 4WD.

We’re just a hop, skip, and jump over the Continental Divide - come visit us while we have our snow!

Being originally from Texas, I enjoy the snowy winters up here. Although there is a down-side. People can’t drive worth a damn and, seeminly, IQs drop as snowfalls increase.

You are free to take all this Minnesota snow.
